«Μπλόκο» των 59 μελών του Παναθηναϊκού στον Βοτανικό

Επιτυχή κατάληξη, τουλάχιστον σε πρώτη φάση, είχε η προσπάθεια των 59 μελών του ερασιτέχνη Παναθηναϊκού να σαμποτάρουν το πρότζεκτ του.

Η προσφυγή που είχαν καταθέσει εναντίον της επικύρωσης της Γ.Σ. (όπου υπερψηφίστηκε σε ποσοστό 68% η Διπλή Ανάπλαση) μετατράπηκε σε αγωγή.

Κάτι που οδήγησε το Διοικητικό Εφετείο στην αναβολή της εκδίκασης (η οποία είχε τυπική σημασία) για τον Φλεβάρη του 2023, ώστε να έχει εκδοθεί απόφαση ως τότε και για την αγωγή.

Ισχυριζόμενοι ότι το πρότζεκτ όφειλε να έχει υπερψηφιστεί από τα 2/3 του συνολικού αριθμού των μελών και όχι των ψηφισάντων, αλλά και ότι δεν έπρεπε να υπάρξει επιστολική ψήφος, οι 59 ζήτησαν ακύρωση όλης της Γενικής Συνέλευσης.

Εκείνο που έχει σημασία ωστόσο είναι ότι με τη συγκεκριμένη κίνηση πέτυχαν την καθυστέρηση των διαδικασιών, καθώς για τους επόμενους 9 μήνες δεν θα μπορεί να προχωρήσει η υπογραφή των συμβάσεων ανάμεσα σε Δήμο και Παναθηναϊκό.
