«Ο Θουμπιθαρέτα δεν έχει αποφασίσει εάν θα αποδεχθεί την πρόταση του Ολυμπιακού»

 

Τις επαφές του Ολυμπιακού με τον Αντονι Θουμπιθαρέτα για να αναλάβει το πόστο του τεχνικού διευθυντή επιβεβαιώνει σε δημοσίευμά της η ισπανική ιστοσελίδα «Mundo Deportivo». Σε αυτό οι Ισπανοί υπογραμμίζουν πως ο Βάσκος έχει συζητήσεις με την ελληνική ομάδα αλλά όμως, μέχρι τώρα δεν έχει λάβει την απόφασή του.

Όπως επισημαίνει το δημοσίευμα, εάν τελικά αποδεχθεί την πρόταση του Ολυμπιακού ο Θουμπιθαρέτα θα είναι η δεύτερη φορά που θα αναλαμβάνει διοικητικό πόστο σε ομάδα εκτός Ισπανίας. Θυμίζουμε στο παρελθόν ο Θουμπιθαρέτα αποτέλεσε τεχνικός διευθυντής της Μαρσέιγ από τον Οκτώβριο 2016 μέχρι και τον Μαϊο 2020.

Μετά την αποχώρησή του από τη γαλλική ομάδα ο Θουμπιθαρέτα εργάστηκε ως αναλυτής και σχολιαστής αγώνων του Τσάμπιονς Λιγκ, ενώ έδινε και διαλέξεις στη Λατινική Αμερική για το ποδόσφαιρο.
