ΕΕ: Οριστικοποιήθηκε το 5ο πακέτο κυρώσεων κατά της Μόσχας

Η απαγόρευση εισαγωγών άνθρακα από τη Ρωσία και η απαγόρευση πρόσβασης στα λιμάνια της ΕΕ για ρωσικά πλοία είναι μεταξύ των μέτρων που περιλαμβάνει το 5ο πακέτο κυρώσεων κατά της Μόσχας, το οποίο οριστικοποιήθηκε σήμερα από τους πρεσβευτές των χωρών-μελών στην ΕΕ (COREPER).

 

Συγκεκριμένα, η γαλλική προεδρία στην ΕΕ ανακοίνωσε ότι το 5ο «ουσιαστικό» πακέτο κυρώσεων επεκτείνεται σε νέους τομείς, στο πλαίσιο της αντίδρασης για τη ρωσική εισβολή στην Ουκρανία και περιλαμβάνει τα εξής:

 

Κυρώσεις κατά ολιγαρχών, ρωσικών παραγόντων προπαγάνδας, μελών του μηχανισμού ασφαλείας και του στρατού και κυρώσεις κατά οντοτήτων στον βιομηχανικό και τεχνολογικό τομέα που συνδέονται με τη ρωσική επίθεση κατά της Ουκρανίας.

 

Επιπλέον, περιλαμβάνεται τα εξής μέτρα:

 

Πάγωμα περιουσιακών στοιχείων αρκετών ρωσικών τραπεζών.

 

Απαγόρευση εισαγωγών άνθρακα από τη Ρωσία.

 

Εμπάργκο όπλων στη Ρωσία.

 

Απαγόρευση εξαγωγών στη Ρωσία, συμπεριλαμβανομένων προϊόντων υψηλής τεχνολογίας, αξίας 10 δισ. ευρώ

 

Απαγόρευση εισαγωγών από τη Ρωσία, αξίας 5,5 δισ. ευρώ: πρώτες ύλες και κρίσιμα υλικά.

 

Απαγόρευση πρόσβασης στα λιμάνια της ΕΕ για πλοία που φέρουν ρωσική σημαία.

 

Απαγόρευση των οδικών μεταφορών από τη Ρωσία και τη Λευκορωσία.

 

Αυτή η δέσμη μέτρων αναμένεται να εγκριθεί από το Συμβούλιο με γραπτή διαδικασία ενόψει της δημοσίευσής της αύριο Παρασκευή στην Επίσημη Εφημερίδα της ΕΕ.
