Ανέβασε ρυθμούς ο Σπόραρ στον Παναθηναϊκό

Ο Παναθηναϊκός έχει μπροστά του άλλα δύο παιχνίδια μέχρι το τέλος της εβδομάδας, με Μακάμπι Χάιφα για το Europa League καθώς και το εξ αναβολής με τον Ατρόμητο. Άρα, πρακτικά… καθόλου χρόνο για ξεκούραση!

Με τους «πράσινους» να συγκεντρώνονται λοιπόν και σήμερα (02/10) στο Κορωπί, την επομένη του 2-2 με τον ΠΑΟΚ, προκειμένου να προπονηθούν και να... πιάσουν δουλειά για το πρώτο χρονικά παιχνίδι.

Ο Ιβάν Γιοβάνοβιτς είδε τον Άντραζ Σπόραρ να ανεβάζει μεν ρυθμό, αλλά να συνεχίζει το ατομικό του πρόγραμμα και η παρουσία του στο ματς του Ισραήλ παραμένει ανοιχτή.

Αντιθέτως, τόσο ο Αϊτόρ Κανταλαπιέδρα όσο και οι Έρικ Πάλμερ-Μπράουν και Χόρντουρ Μάγκνουσον έκαναν γυμναστήριο ο πρώτος και θεραπεία οι άλλοι δύο.

«Σε δύο γκρουπ πραγματοποιήθηκε η προπόνηση της Δευτέρας στο «Γ. Καλαφάτης». Όπως γίνεται πάντα την επομένη ενός αγώνα, όσοι βρέθηκαν στο αρχικό σχήμα του χθεσινού ματς ακολούθησαν πρόγραμμα αποθεραπείας.

Οι υπόλοιποι ξεκίνησαν με προθέρμανση, συνέχισαν με ασκήσεις κυκλοφορίας μπάλας και ολοκλήρωσαν με παιχνίδι σε μικρό χώρο. Ατομικό πρόγραμμα έκανε ο Σπόραρ, ο οποίος ανέβασε ρυθμό. Από εκεί και πέρα ασκήσεις στο γυμναστήριο έκανε ο Αϊτόρ και θεραπεία οι Πάλμερ – Μπράουν, Μάγκνουσον».
