Καταδικάστηκε ο Μάλμπασα για απόπειρα δολοφονίας

Ποινή φυλάκισης 4,5 ετών επιβλήθηκε στον Νίκολα Μάλμπασα, για απόπειρα δολοφονίας.

Ο πρώην μπακ της ΑΕΚ μαχαίρωσε 47χρονο άνδρα που του χρωστούσε λεφτά τον Ιούνιο του 2020. Για δέκα μέρες τον καταδίωκε η αστυνομία και μετά τη σύλληψή του τέθηκε σε κατ' οίκον περιορισμό και υπό ηλεκτρονική παρακολούθηση.

Ο Μάλμπασα αρνείται τις κατηγορίες και υποστήριξε πως είναι φίλοι, ωστόσο η εισαγγελία ζήτησε ακόμα βαρύτερη ποινή, που δεν έγινε δεκτή από το δικαστήριο. Και οι δύο πλευρές, πάντως, διατηρούν το δικαίωμα έφεσης.
