Με φανταστική εμφάνιση η Μαρία Σάκκαρη προκρίθηκε στα ημιτελικά του Qatar Open.

Η Μαρία Σάκκαρη απέκλεισε με 6-3, 6-3 την Κόκο Γκάουφ στον προημιτελικό του τουρνουά της Ντόχα και θα παίξει με Σαμπαλένκα ή Σβιόντεκ για μια θέση στον τελικό του Σαββάτου

 

Η Ελληνίδα τενίστρια απέκλεισε με 6-3, 6-3 την Αμερικανίδα Κόκο Γκάουφ και θα παίξει την Παρασκευή με την νικήτρια του αγώνα  (24/2, 19:00) της Αρίνα Σαμπαλένκα με την Ίγκα Σβιόντεκ για μια θέση στον τελικό στη Ντόχα. 

 

 

Η Μαρία Σάκκαρη με 2 μπρέικ στο 1ο σετ (2-0 και 6-3)  και άλλα 2 (4-0) στο 2ο δεν άφησε και πολλά περιθώρια στην 17χρονη αντίπαλο της. H Ελληνίδα συνεχίζει στην Ντόχα χωρίς να έχει χάσει σετ!
