Δολοφονία Λυγγερίδη: Στη φυλακή 3 κατηγορούμενοι για ναρκωτικά

Τον δρόμο για την φυλακή παίρνουν 3 από τους 10 κατηγορούμενους , συλληφθέντες κατά την επιχείρηση για τη δράση εγκληματικής οργάνωσης που εμπλέκεται στην θανατηφόρα επίθεση σε βάρος του αστυνομικού Γιώργου Λυγγερίδη, μετά τις απολογίες τους για παραβάσεις του νόμου περί ναρκωτικών.

 

 

 

Οι δέκα κατηγορούμενοι οδηγηθήκαν το πρωί ενώπιον της 4ης τακτικής ανακρίτριας ενώπιον της οποίας απολογήθηκαν για την κατηγορία της προμήθειας και κατοχής ναρκωτικών ουσιών. 

 

 

 

Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της διαδικασίας οι τρεις κρίθηκαν προφυλακιστέοι ενώ οι υπόλοιποι αφέθηκαν ελεύθεροι με την επιβολή περιοριστικών όρων για αυτήν την υπόθεση.

 

 

 

Από την ομάδα των κατηγορουμένων που βρέθηκαν σήμερα στα δικαστήρια, τρεις αντιμετωπίζουν μόνο κατηγορίες σχετικά με ναρκωτικά και δεν είναι κατηγορούμενοι στην υπόθεση της εγκληματικής οργάνωσης.

 

 

 

Οι άλλοι επτά θα είναι ανάμεσα σε εκείνους που θα οδηγηθούν ανά ομάδες αύριο και την Κυριακή ενώπιον των ανακριτών για να απολογηθούν για την υπόθεση της εγκληματικής οργάνωσης, τη δολοφονία του αστυνομικού και άλλες σοβαρές κατηγορίες όπως αποδίδονται στον καθένα.
