Κατατέθηκε στην Βουλή το νομοσχέδιο για τα ομόφυλα ζευγάρια

Κατατέθηκε σήμερα στην Βουλή το νομοσχέδιο του υπουργού Επικρατείας Άκη Σκέρτσου «Ισότητα στον πολιτικό γάμο, τροποποίηση του Αστικού Κώδικα και άλλες διατάξεις», το οποίο βρισκόταν μέχρι 31 Ιανουαρίου σε στάδιο δημόσιας διαβούλευσης. «Τα αόρατα» παιδιά και ζευγάρια αποκτούν υπόσταση- Ιστορίες ομόφυλων ζευγαριών σε συνάντηση με Μ. Σχοινά και υπουργούς

Όπως αναφέρεται στην αιτιολογική έκθεση ο παρών νόμος αποσκοπεί στη διασφάλιση της αρχής της ισότητας, μέσω της επέκτασης της δυνατότητας σύναψης γάμου και σε πρόσωπα του ίδιου φύλου και στην ενίσχυση της προστασίας από διακρίσεις, προς την κατεύθυνση της υλοποίησης της Εθνικής Στρατηγικής για την Ισότητα των ΛΟΑΤΚΙ. Αντικείμενο του παρόντος νόμου αποτελούν: α) η τροποποίηση του Αστικού Κώδικα, προκειμένου να αναγνωρισθεί η δυνατότητα σύναψης γάμου από πρόσωπα του ίδιου φύλου, β) οι αναγκαίες παρεμβάσεις στην εργατική νομοθεσία για την προστασία των ομοφύλων συζύγων και γονέων, γ) η διεύρυνση της προστασίας από διακρίσεις και δ) η ειδικότερη ρύθμιση σχέσεων με στοιχεία αλλοδαπότητας.
