Ο Μπάιντεν επιρρίπτει ευθύνες στον Πούτιν για τον θάνατο του Αλεξέι Ναβάλνι

Ο πρόεδρος των ΗΠΑ Τζο Μπάιντεν «δεν εξεπλάγη» αλλά δήλωσε «εξοργισμένος» για τον θάνατο του Ρώσου αντιφρονούντα Αλεξέι Ναβάλνι ο οποίος, όπως είπε, θα μπορούσε να ζήσει με ασφάλεια στην εξορία αλλά επέλεξε να επιστρέψει στη Ρωσία. «Αντιστάθηκε με θάρρος απέναντι στη διαφθορά, τη βία και όλα τα άσχημα πράγματα που κάνει η κυβέρνηση του Πούτιν», είπε ο Μπάιντεν στο διάγγελμά του. «Ο Πούτιν ευθύνεται για τον θάνατο του Ναβάλνι», τόνισε.

 

Ο Λευκός Οίκος «δεν γνωρίζει επακριβώς» τι ήταν αυτό που στοίχισε τη ζωή στον Ναβάλνι και αναζητά περισσότερες πληροφορίες για το τι συνέβη. «Δεν ξέρω τι ακριβώς συνέβη στον Ναβάλνι αλλά δεν υπάρχει αμφιβολία ότι ο θάνατός του ήταν συνέπεια (των πράξεων) του Πούτιν και των φονιάδων του», είπε ο Μπάιντεν.
