Πάτρα: Αναβλήθηκε η εκδίκαση της υπόθεσης με τον 45χρονο που έμενε σε σπηλιά στην Κόρινθο - Ελεύθερος ο κατηγορούμενος

Αναβλήθηκε η εκδίκαση της υπόθεσης στο Αυτόφωρο Μονομελές Πλημμελειοδικείο Κορίνθου με κατηγορούμενο τον 45χρονο, ο οποίος συνελήφθη την περασμένη Κυριακή σε περιοχή του Δήμου Ξυλοκάστρου - Ευρωστίνης, για απείθεια, για έκθεση ανηλίκου σε κίνδυνο και για παράβαση του νόμου περί υποχρεωτικής φοίτησης παιδιών στο σχολείο.

 

Μετά την απόφαση για αναβολή, ο 45χρονος αφέθηκε ελεύθερος και ορίστηκε νέα δικάσιμος, για τις 4 Μαρτίου.

 

Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες, ο 45χρονος ανέφερε ότι δεν γνωρίζει πού βρίσκονται η σύζυγός του και τα ανήλικα παιδιά, καθώς δεν είχε την δυνατότητα να επικοινωνήσει μαζί τους από την ημέρα που συνελήφθη.

 

Σχετικά με το αν θα δώσει δείγμα γενετικού υλικού, είπε, σύμφωνα πάντα με τις ίδιες πληροφορίες, ότι οι αρχές του και η πίστη του δεν του επιτρέπουν να κάνει αυτού του είδους τις εξετάσεις.
