Σε πυρήνα πολιτισμού και αναψυχής φιλοδοξεί να μετατρέψει το Μαρούσι το Project Voria

Σε πυρήνα πολιτισμού και αναψυχής φιλοδοξεί να μετατρέψει την περιοχή του Αμαρουσίου η επένδυση της  North Star Entertainment που αφορά την δημιουργία του νέου πόλου ψυχαγωγίας και φιλοξενίας  ύψους 250 εκατ. ευρώ. 

Το Project Voria που παρουσιάστηκε σήμερα σε ειδική εκδήλωση αφορά την υλοποίηση ενός πολυσύνθετου συγκροτήματος, που θα περιλαμβάνει καζίνο, ένα ξενοδοχείο 150 δωματίων αλλά και ένα αμφιθέατρο 1400 θέσεων, ενώ έχουν προβλεφτεί και 836 υπόγειες θέσεις πάρκιγκ. Mάλιστα  η υλοποίηση του Project Voria  αναμένεται να ξεκινήσει εντός του 2024 με ορίζοντα αποπεράτωσης των εργασιών τα 3 χρόνια. 

    Στην παρέμβαση του ο Γιάννης Τσιρίκος, επικεφαλής της Northstar Entertainment επεσήμανε ότι έχει σχεδιαστεί με τέτοιο τρόπο το συγκρότημα ώστε να ενσωματωθεί αρμονικά με το φυσικό περιβάλλον, καθώς 17 και πλέον στρέμματα θα καλύπτονται από πράσινο. Την ίδια στιγμή σημείωσε ότι οι χώροι δεν θα περιλαμβάνουν καταστήματα, προκειμένου να μην διαταραχθεί η τοπική επιχειρηματικότητα ενώ σε ό,τι αφορά τα ερωτήματα που επικεντρώνονται στην τυχόν αύξηση του κυκλοφοριακού επεσήμανε ότι η εταιρία έχει προγραμματίσει σημαντικές παρεμβάσεις που δεν θα επιβαρυνθεί η κίνηση στην λεωφόρο Κηφισίας. Σε ό,τι αφορά την λειτουργία του Καζίνο ο κύριος Τσιρίκος σημείωσε ότι αυτή θα γίνει με τα πλέον αυστηρά ρυθμισμένα πλαίσια.

    Από την πλευρά της η διευθύνουσα σύμβουλος της ΕΤΑΔ Ηρώ Χατζηγεωργίου επεσήμανε ότι η συνεργασία με την North Star Entertainment αντανακλά την στρατηγική για καινοτομία και εξωστρέφεια. "Στηρίζουμε επενδύσεις που έχουν αντίκτυπο και φέρνουν έσοδα στο ελληνικό δημόσιο", υπογράμμισε η κυρία Χατζηγεωργίου.
