Στις αγορές για 400 εκατ. ευρώ βγαίνει αύριο το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο

Στις αγορές βγαίνει αύριο το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο με την επανέκδοση δύο ομολόγων.

Όπως ανακοίνωσε ο Οργανισμός Διαχείρισης Δημοσίου Χρέους την Τετάρτη 14 Φεβρουαρίου 2024 θα διενεργηθεί Δημοπρασία για την επανέκδοση των παρακάτω Ομολόγων του Ελληνικού Δημοσίου:

- σταθερού επιτοκίου 3,875%, λήξης 15 Ιουνίου 2028,

- σταθερού επιτοκίου 4,25%, λήξης 15 Ιουνίου 2033.

Σκοπός της επανέκδοσης, σύμφωνα με τον ΟΔΔΗΧ, είναι η ικανοποίηση της επενδυτικής ζήτησης και ταυτόχρονα η διευκόλυνση της λειτουργίας της δευτερογενούς αγοράς ομολόγων.

 

Το ποσό που θα δημοπρατηθεί θα είναι:

έως 200 εκατομμύρια ευρώ για τα ομόλογα λήξης 15 Ιουνίου 2028,

έως 200 εκατομμύρια ευρώ για τα ομόλογα λήξης 15 Ιουνίου 2033.

Η ημερομηνία διακανονισμού (settlement) θα είναι η Τετάρτη 21 Φεβρουαρίου 2024 (Τ+5).

Στη δημοπρασία θα συμμετάσχουν μόνον Βασικοί Διαπραγματευτές (Β.Δ.) με υποβολή, μέσω της ΗΔΑΤ, αποκλειστικά μέχρι 5 ανταγωνιστικών προσφορών έκαστος, που θα πρέπει να υποβληθούν έως τη 12:00 μεσημβρινή (μ.μ.), τοπική ώρα, της 14ης Φεβρουαρίου 2024 και οι οποίες ικανοποιούνται μέχρι του ύψους του δημοπρατούμενου ποσού, στην τιμή της τελευταίας προσφοράς που γίνεται δεκτή στη δημοπρασία (cut off τιμή).

Μόνο ανταγωνιστικές προσφορές θα γίνουν αποδεκτές στη δημοπρασία. Η εν λόγω δημοπρασία θα ληφθεί υπόψη για την αξιολόγηση των Βασικών Διαπραγματευτών.

Για τα Ομόλογα δε θα δοθεί καμία προμήθεια.
