Συνελήφθη 35χρονος που κακοποιούσε άτομα με αναπηρία σε ζωντανή μετάδοση

Συνελήφθη σήμερα το μεσημέρι από την υποδιεύθυνση Κρατικής Ασφάλειας της διεύθυνσης Ασφάλειας Αττικής, 35χρονος για εμπορία ανθρώπων και σωματική βλάβη αδύναμων ατόμων, με την επιβαρυντική περίσταση του άρθρου περί εγκλημάτων με ρατσιστικά χαρακτηριστικά λόγω αναπηρίας.

Ειδικότερα, σύμφωνα με την ΕΛΑΣ, ο κατηγορούμενος, τουλάχιστον από τον Ιανουάριο του 2023, διατηρούσε προφίλ σε πλατφόρμα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης χρησιμοποιώντας ψευδώνυμο, στο οποίο μετέδιδε σε ζωντανή σύνδεση κακοποιητικές συμπεριφορές σε βάρος ατόμων με νοητική υστέρηση, με σκοπό το παράνομο οικονομικό του όφελος.

Συγκεκριμένα, οι πράξεις αυτές συνιστούσαν συνεχείς εξυβρίσεις, σωματικές βλάβες και σεξουαλικές πράξεις, τις οποίες ζητούσαν θεατές που παρακολουθούσαν σε ζωντανή ροή, πληρώνοντας το ανάλογο χρηματικό ποσό.

Ο 35χρονος συνελήφθη στην οικία του σε περιοχή της Αθήνας από αστυνομικούς του τμήματος Αντιμετώπισης Ρατσιστικής Βίας, στο πλαίσιο του αυτοφώρου, καθώς τις πρώτες πρωινές ώρες σήμερα, προέβη σε νέα ζωντανή μετάδοση τέτοιων πράξεων, εις βάρος δύο αδύναμων ατόμων, τα οποία και μεταφέρθηκαν σε δομή φιλοξενίας.

Στις νομότυπες έρευνες που πραγματοποιήθηκαν, βρέθηκαν και κατασχέθηκαν 7 σκληροί δίσκοι και 4 κινητά τηλέφωνα, ενώ ο συλληφθείς θα οδηγηθεί στην αρμόδια εισαγγελική Αρχή.
