Ποινική έρευνα για το περιστατικό με τα δύο τρένα διέταξε ο Εισαγγελέας

Tην παρέμβαση του εισαγγελέα προκάλεσε το σοβαρό περιστατικό με δύο τρένα, που κινούνταν αντίθετα, στην ίδια γραμμή, το οποίο έλαβε χώρα σήμερα το πρωί μεταξύ των σταθμών Αθηνών και Αγίων Αναργύρων.

 

 

 

Ο προϊστάμενος της Εισαγγελίας Πρωτοδικών Αντώνης Ελευθεριάνος, έδωσε εντολή για τη διενέργεια ποινικής προκαταρκτικής εξέτασης με ερευνώμενο αδίκημα αυτό που αφορά επικίνδυνες παρεμβάσεις στη συγκοινωνία μέσων σταθερής τροχιάς (άρθρο 291 ΠΚ).

 

 

 

Ο εισαγγελέας ζητά στο πλαίσιο της έρευνας, που θα διενεργηθεί από την ΓΑΔΑ, να εξασφαλιστούν όλα τα κρίσιμα στοιχεία, όπως τα ηχητικά ντοκουμέντα που αφορούν το συμβάν, πορίσματα του ΟΣΕ και τη λήψη όλων των απαραίτητων καταθέσεων.

 

 

 

Η εποπτεία της έρευνας ανατέθηκε στην εισαγγελέα Πρωτοδικών Αγγελική Τριανταφύλλου.
