Εξιχνιάσθηκε απόπειρα ανθρωποκτονίας σε βάρος 16χρονου, που είχε διαπραχθεί τον Μάρτιο του 2023 στα Καλύβια

Η Υποδιεύθυνση Ασφαλείας Νοτιοανατολικής Αττικής της Διεύθυνσης Ασφάλειας Αττικής, προχώρησε στην εξιχνίαση απόπειρας ανθρωποκτονίας σε βάρος 16χρονου ημεδαπού, η οποία είχε γίνει στις 24-3-2023 στα Καλύβια Αττικής.

   Για την υπόθεση σχηματίστηκε δικογραφία σε βάρος 32χρονου αλλοδαπού, ο οποίος κατέβηκε από το αυτοκίνητο του και πυροβόλησε εναντίον 16χρονου, με αποτέλεσμα τον τραυματισμό του στο πόδι.

   Σύμφωνα με την ΕΛΑΣ, για τη διερεύνηση της υπόθεσης αξιοποιήθηκαν στοιχεία και δεδομένα που συλλέχθηκαν από τον χώρο του εγκλήματος και σε συνδυασμό με μαρτυρικές καταθέσεις αλλά και ειδικές ανακριτικές πράξεις, ταυτοποιήθηκαν τα στοιχεία του κατηγορουμένου.

   Η δικογραφία που σχηματίστηκε σε βάρος του 32χρονου υποβλήθηκε στον εισαγγελέα Πρωτοδικών Αθηνών.
