Στη Μαγιόρκα με wild card ο Τσιτσιπάς

Για πρώτη φορά στην καριέρα του ο Στέφανος Τσιτσιπάς θα λάβει μέρος στο 250άρι τουρνουά της Μαγιόρκα, το οποίο θα διεξαχθεί την ερχόμενη εβδομάδα.

 

Ο Έλληνας τενίστας, μετά τον αποκλεισμό του στον 2ο γύρο της διοργάνωσης του Χάλε από το Νικ Κύργιο κι ενώ μετρά μόλις δύο νίκες σε τέσσερα ματς που έχει δώσει εφέτος στο γρασίδι, ζήτησε κάρτα ελεύθερης συμμετοχής για το τουρνουά της Μαγιόρκα, προκειμένου να προετοιμαστεί όσο το δυνατόν καλύτερα ενόψει του Wimbledon, που θα ξεκινήσει στις 27 Ιουνίου.

 

Εκτός του 23χρονου πρωταθλητή στο ισπανικό νησί θα βρεθεί και το νο1 της παγκόσμιας κατάταξης, Ντανίιλ Μεντβέντεφ, ο οποίος θα τοποθετηθεί στο νο1 του ταμπλό, ενώ ο Τσιτσιπάς στο νο2.

 

Εκτός των Μεντβέντεφ και Τσιτσιπά στο "Mallorca Championships" θα λάβουν μέρος ακόμη και οι Ντένις Σαποβάλοφ, Νικ Κύργιος, Χούμπερτ Χούρκατς και Καρένιο Μπούστα.
