Αυγενάκης: «Η εικόνα της ΕΠΟ δεν αποτελεί τιμή για το ελληνικό ποδόσφαιρο»

 

Διεθνώς ρεζίλι έχει γίνει η χώρα μας με αφορμή τα … κατορθώματα της ΕΠΟ, αλλά και όλων των ανθρώπων που διαφεντεύουν τις τύχες του δύσμοιρου ελληνικού ποδοσφαίρου

Μιλώντας στον AthleticΣΠΟΡ FM 104,2 και με αφορμή το θέμα του τελικού Κυπέλλου Novibet, ο υφυπουργός Αθλητισμού άφησε αιχμές για την ομοσπονδία.

 

Μεταξύ άλλων είπε:

«Είναι δουλειά της ΕΠΟ, δεν έχουμε αρμοδιότητα. Σχετικές απαντήσεις δόθηκαν από το ΟΑΚΑ που ξεκαθάρισε ότι καμία επίσημη ενέργεια δεν έχει γίνει, πέρα από ένα τηλεφώνημα του κ. Μπαλτάκου. Ειπώθηκε ότι υπάρχει και οικονομική εκκρεμότητα της ΕΠΟ προς το ΟΑΚΑ από πέρυσι.

Η εικόνα αυτή δεν περιποιεί τιμή για τον ελληνικό ποδόσφαιρο, η εικόνα της ποδοσφαιρικής ομοσπονδίας. Ένα επίπεδο που δεν νομίζω ότι είναι το καλύτερο…

Κάπου να γίνει ο τελικός, κάπως να γίνει, ψαχνόμαστε, δεν μας θέλει ο ένας, πάμε από ‘δω πάμε από ‘κει, φτάσαμε στην Αυστραλία… Δεν είναι η καλύτερη εικόνα για το ελληνικό επαγγελματικό ποδόσφαιρο».
