Αφγανιστάν-σεισμός: Πάνω από 2.400 οι νεκροί

Πάνω από 2.400 άνθρωποι έχασαν τη ζωή τους στον χθεσινό σεισμό στο Αφγανιστάν, ανακοίνωσε σήμερα η κυβέρνηση των Ταλιμπάν, σε νεότερο απολογισμό που έδωσε σήμερα το απόγευμα.

Τη δόνηση μεγέθους 6,3 βαθμών, που σημειώθηκε χθες σε απόσταση 35 χιλιομέτρων βορειοδυτικά της πόλης Χεράτ, ακολούθησαν οκτώ ισχυροί μετασεισμοί.

Πρόκειται για έναν από τους φονικότερους σεισμούς που έχουν πλήξει τη χώρα εδώ και χρόνια.
