Αύξηση στις αφίξεις κατά 13,3% και στις διανυκτερεύσεις κατά 11,4% καταγράφηκε το 9μηνο εφέτος στα καταλύματα

Αύξηση στις αφίξεις κατά 13,3% και στις διανυκτερεύσεις κατά 11,4% καταγράφηκε το 9μηνο εφέτος στα καταλύματα ξενοδοχειακού τύπου και κάμπινγκ και στα συλλογικά καταλύματα σύντομης διαμονής (ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια), σύμφωνα με τη σχετική έρευνα της ΕΛΣΤΑΤ.

Ειδικότερα, οι αφίξεις των αλλοδαπών παρουσιάζουν αύξηση κατά 13% και των ημεδαπών κατά 14,3%, ενώ οι διανυκτερεύσεις των αλλοδαπών παρουσιάζουν αύξηση κατά 10,8% και των ημεδαπών κατά 14,6%.

Το μεγαλύτερο μερίδιο των αφίξεων και διανυκτερεύσεων σε όλα τα είδη καταλυμάτων αναλογεί σε αλλοδαπούς (75,4% του συνόλου των αφίξεων και 84,8% του συνόλου των διανυκτερεύσεων).

Η μέση διαμονή ανά άτομο στο σύνολο των καταλυμάτων ανήλθε σε 4,3 διανυκτερεύσεις. Συγκεκριμένα, η μέση διαμονή των αλλοδαπών ήταν 4,8 διανυκτερεύσεις, ενώ των ημεδαπών 2,6 διανυκτερεύσεις.

Η πληρότητα κλινών στα καταλύματα ξενοδοχειακού τύπου (πλην κάμπινγκ και συλλογικών καταλυμάτων σύντομης διαμονής), η οποία υπολογίζεται από το σύνολο των διανυκτερεύσεων σε σχέση με τις κλίνες που λειτούργησαν, ανήλθε σε 61,2%, έναντι 57,6% το 9μηνο του 2022.
