Διπλωματικές πηγές: Συνεχίζουμε να προστατεύουμε την κυριαρχία και τα κυριαρχικά μας δικαιώματα

«Η Ελλάδα προωθεί την ασφάλεια και τη σταθερότητα στην ευρύτερη περιοχή , ασκώντας εξωτερική πολιτική βασισμένη σε κανόνες του Διεθνούς Δικαίου και του Δικαίου της Θάλασσας, με πλήρη σεβασμό στις αρχές του Καταστατικού Χάρτη του Οργανισμού των Ηνωμένων Εθνών», σημειώνουν διπλωματικές πηγές, σχολιάζοντας σημερινές δηλώσεις Τούρκων αξιωματούχων.

«Η Ελλάδα ουδέποτε επιχείρησε, ούτε επιχειρεί να επιβάλει τετελεσμένα», τονίζουν οι ίδιες πηγές και προσθέτουν:

«Αντιθέτως, καταδικάζει κάθε μορφή επεκτατισμού και αναθεωρητισμού και στο πλαίσιο των σχέσεων καλής γειτονιάς επιλύει τις εκκρεμότητες με τους γείτονες της, όπως με την Ιταλία και την Αίγυπτο, μέσω της αταλάντευτης εφαρμογής των κανόνων του Διεθνούς Δικαίου και του Δικαίου της Θάλασσας».

«Συνεχίζουμε να προστατεύουμε την κυριαρχία μας και τα κυριαρχικά μας δικαιώματα», καταλήγουν.

Νέες προκλητικές δηλώσεις κατά της Ελλάδας έκανε νωρίτερα σήμερα ο Τούρκος πρόεδρος Ρετζεπ Ταγίπ Ερντογάν. Όπως είπε ο Τούρκος πρόεδρος από την Αττάλεια, «όσο δεν τα βάζετε μαζί μας στο Αιγαίο, δεν θα τα βάζουμε μαζί σας».
