Ζελένσκι: Οι νέες κυρώσεις της ΕΕ πλήττουν τα οικονομικά θεμέλια της πολεμικής μηχανής της Ρωσίας

Ο πρόεδρος της Ουκρανίας Βολοντίμιρ Ζελένσκι εκτίμησε σήμερα ότι η νέα δέσμη κυρώσεων που επέβαλε η ΕΕ σε βάρος της Ρωσίας θα πλήξει σημαντικά τα οικονομικά θεμέλια της πολεμικής εκστρατείας εναντίον της πατρίδας του.

Η 12η κατά σειρά δέσμη οικονομικών κυρώσεων της ΕΕ σε βάρος της Μόσχας, περιλαμβάνει μεταξύ άλλων την απαγόρευση εισαγωγής διαμαντιών από τη Ρωσία, καθώς και μέτρα για την καταπολέμηση των προσπαθειών παράκαμψης των κυρώσεων.

Όλα αυτά θα πλήξουν πραγματικά τα οικονομικά θεμέλια της πολεμικής εκστρατείας της Ρωσίας, είπε ο Ζελένσκι σε βιντεοσκοπημένο μήνυμα που δόθηκε απόψε στη δημοσιότητα. «Θα εξακολουθήσουμε να συνεργαζόμαστε με τους εταίρους μας για να διασφαλίσουμε ότι οι κυρώσεις που επιβλήθηκαν από την ΕΕ θα λειτουργήσουν σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο», συμπλήρωσε ο ουκρανός πρόεδρος.
