ΗΠΑ: Οι Φρουροί της Επανάστασης κατέλαβαν εμπορικό πλοίο στον Περσικό Κόλπο

Οι Φρουροί της Επανάστασης συνέλαβαν σήμερα ένα εμπορικό πλοίο σε διεθνή ύδατα στον Κόλπο και το πλοίο πιθανώς να εμπλέκεται σε λαθρεμπόριο, δήλωσε ένας εκπρόσωπος του αμερικανικού Πολεμικού Ναυτικού.

Το Ιράν λέει πως είχε δικαστική εντολή για τη σύλληψη του πετρελαιοφόρου της Chevron

«Δυνάμεις του Πολεμικού Ναυτικού των ΗΠΑ ανέπτυξαν θαλάσσια μέσα για να παρακολουθούν στενά την κατάσταση», δήλωσε ο εκπρόσωπος του αμερικανικού Πέμπτου Στόλου, Τιμ Χόκινς.

«Τελικά, η Κεντρική Διοίκηση των Ναυτικών Δυνάμεων των ΗΠΑ εκτίμησε ότι οι συνθήκες αυτού του συμβάντος δεν δικαιολογούσαν περαιτέρω απάντηση», πρόσθεσε.
