Η Ελλάδα απορρίπτει στο σύνολό τους τις τουρκικές αιτιάσεις - Παντελώς αβάσιμες και δεν συνάδουν με το Διεθνές Δίκαιο

Απαντώντας σε σχετικό διάβημα, στο οποίο προέβη νωρίτερα σήμερα η τουρκική πλευρά προς τον Έλληνα πρέσβη στην Άγκυρα Χριστόδουλο Λάζαρη, η ελληνική πλευρά απέρριψε στο σύνολό τους τις τουρκικές αιτιάσεις, καθώς είναι παντελώς αβάσιμες και δεν συνάδουν με το Διεθνές Δίκαιο, αναφέρουν διπλωματικές πηγές.    Σημειώνουν πως ο Έλληνας πρέσβης υπογράμμισε ότι οι ελληνικές θέσεις έχουν αναπτυχθεί ενδελεχώς στις δύο επιστολές που εστάλησαν στον Γενικό Γραμματέα του ΟΗΕ. Επίσης, καθιστούν σαφές πως η Ελλάδα σέβεται απολύτως τις υποχρεώσεις της που απορρέουν από τη Συνθήκη της Λωζάννης. Όπως αναφέρουν οι ίδιες πηγές, ο πρέσβης μας στην Άγκυρα επισήμανε ότι δεν είναι η Ελλάδα η χώρα η οποία απειλεί με πόλεμο τη γείτονα της (casus belli), ούτε έχει συγκεντρώσει τον μεγαλύτερο αποβατικό στόλο στα παράλια της, όπως έχει κάνει η Τουρκία. Προσέθεσε, ότι η Τουρκία συνεχίζει να παραβιάζει την κυριαρχία της Ελλάδας, με τις συνεχείς παραβιάσεις του εναερίου χώρου, καθώς και τις υπερπτήσεις άνωθεν ελληνικού εδάφους.    πηγή amna.gr
