Νίκη ψυχολογίας η Ελλάδα με Τσιτσιπά στο διπλό

Ο Στέφανος Τσιτσιπάς, ο οποίος απέσυρε τη συμετοχή του από την συνάντηση με τον Χούμπερτ Χουρκάς (τον οποίo αντιμετώπισε και έχασε ο Θάνος με 6-1,6-2), εμφανίστηκε στο διπλό του ATP Cup και μαζί με τον Μιχάλη Περβολαράκη κέρδισαν τους Πολωνούς Χουρκάτς και Ζιελίνσκι με 2-1 σετ, 6-4, 5-7, 10-8.

 Μπορεί η εθνική μας να έχασε (2-1) από την Πολωνία (είχε ηττηθεί και ο Περβολαράκης 6-1,6-3 από τον Καμίλ Μάιχτσακ), αλλά αυτή είναι μία νίκη που διαμορφώνει καλή ψυχολογία για τη συνέχεια, όπου θέλει μόνο νίκες απέναντι στην Αργεντινή (3/1) και Γεωργία (5/1) προκειμένου να προκριθεί στα νοκ άουτ του ATP Cup.
