Ο Ρονάλντο δε σκόραρε, η Αλ Νασρ αποκλείστηκε στα ημιτελικά του Super Cup

Ο Κριστιάνο Ρονάλντο δεν κατάφερε να σκοράρει ούτε στο δεύτερο επίσημο ματς με την φανέλα της Αλ Νασρ και η ομάδα του απέτυχε να προκριθεί στον τελικό του Super Cup.

Στο δεύτερο χρονικά ημιτελικό της διοργάνωσης, που διεξήχθη στο «Κινγκ Φαρντ» του Ριάντ, η Αλ Ιτιχάντ επικράτησε με 3-1 της Αλ Νασρ κι εξασφάλισε το «εισιτήριο» γοια τον τελικό της Κυριακής (29/01), όπου θα αντιμετωπίσει την Αλ Φέιχα (με γκολ του Παουλίνιο στο 21΄ νίκησε 1-0 την Αλ Χιλάλ). 

Στον αγώνα με την Αλ Ιτιχάντ ο CR7 είχε κάποιες επιθετικές προσπάθειες, αλλά δεν ήταν απειλητικός προς την αντίπαλη εστία. Ο Ρομαρίνιο με γκολ και ασίστ ήταν ο πρωταγωνιστής των νικητών.

Παρά τη μείωση του σκορ από τον Ταλίσκα, στις καθυστερήσεις του ματς ο Μουχανάντ αλ Σανκιτί «σφράγισε» την πρόκριση της Αλ Ιτιχάντ.
