Πρόωρος αποκλεισμός για τη Μαρία Σάκκαρη

Πρόωρη ήταν η έξοδος της Μαρίας Σάκκαρη από το open της Στουτγάρδης, καθώς ηττήθηκε 2-0 σετ από την Καρολίνα Πλίσκοβα στο πρώτο της ματς στη διοργάνωση.

Η κορυφαία Ελληνίδα τενίστρια δεν βρήκε ρυθμό και δεν κατάφερε να είναι ανταγωνιστική απέναντι στην 31χρονη Τσέχα, η οποία ξεκίνησε με break το ματς, δείχνοντας με το «καλημέρα» τις… άγριες διαθέσεις της. Χωρίς πρόβλημα έκανε το 2-0, ενώ με νέο μπρέικ προηγήθηκε 4-1 και κράτησε το σερβίς της για το 5-1. Η Σάκκαρη δεν έδειξε αντιστάσεις, με την Τσέχα να κάνει το 1-0 σετ με 6-2 σε 37 λεπτά.

 

 

Η Ελληνίδα τενίστρια έμεινε «ζωντανή» ως το 3-3 του δεύτερο σετ. Σε εκείνο το σημείο η Πλίσκοβα έκανε το break και προηγήθηκε με 5-3. Με νέο break μετά από μεγάλη μάχη με δύο χαμένα ματς πόιντς τελείωσε το παιχνίδι με 6-3.
