Σιμάνσκι: «Αποτέλεσμα ομαδικής δουλειάς το βραβείο του MVP»

 

Ευχαριστημένος  -αλλά και απόλυτα προσγειωμένος- εμφανίστηκε ο Νταμιάν Σιμάνσκι μετά τη νίκη της ΑΕΚ επί του ΠΑΟΚ.

Έχοντας αναδειχθεί Cosmote MVP του ντέρμπι, από τη σχετική ψηφοφορία στην κοινότητα της ΠΑΕ στο Viber, ο Πολωνός δεν έκρυψε τη χαρά του για το αποτέλεσμα.

«Είναι πάντα ωραίο να κερδίζεις ένα ντέρμπι. Ξέραμε ότι επρόκειτο να είναι ένα δύσκολο παιχνίδι. Βάλαμε τα δυνατά μας, είμαστε χαρούμενοι για τους τρεις βαθμούς. Μας βοηθάει να είμαστε στην κορυφή. Έχουμε πολύ δρόμο μπροστά μας, πρέπει να συνεχίσουμε το ίδιο».

Όσο για την προσωπική του διάκριση και το βραβείο του πολυτιμότερου παίκτη, τόνισε: «Είναι αποτέλεσμα ομαδικής δουλειάς. Φυσικά, είμαι χαρούμενος που παραλαμβάνω αυτό το βραβείο, αλλά θέλω να ευχαριστήσω όλους τους συμπαίκτες μου, γιατί το σημερινό αποτέλεσμα ήταν αποτέλεσμα συνολικής προσπάθειας. Είμαστε μια ομάδα, συνεχίζουμε».
