Στην TKC οι Ιαματικές Πηγές των Δήμων Δυτικής Λέσβου

Την είσοδο του και στον χώρο των Ιαματικών Πηγών εγκαινίασε ο Όμιλος Κούσκου, που δραστηριοποιείται στον χώρο των κατασκευών προχωρώντας στην 25ετή εκμίσθωση των Ιαματικών πηγών Δήμου Δυτικής Λέσβου στην περιοχή Πολιχνίτου. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό υλοποιεί 5ετές επενδυτικό πλάνο του οποίου η πρώτη φάση ολοκληρώνεται την προσεχή άνοιξη οπότε θα τεθούν σε λειτουργία οι εγκαταστάσεις των συγκεκριμένων πηγών, οι οποίες συγκαταλέγονται στις θερμότερες της Ευρώπης.    Σύμφωνα με το επιχειρηματικό σχέδιο, εντός του συγκεκριμένου Γεωπάρκου έκτασης 105 στρ., η TKC θα αναπτύξει υπηρεσίες ευεξίας και θερμαλισμού σε συνεργασία με εξειδικευμένους παρόχους υπηρεσιών Ιαματικής και Ιαματικής ιατρικήςΕπισημαίνεται ότι οι θερμές πηγές του Πολιχνίτου που για χρόνια έμεναν αναξιοποίητες και λειτουργούσαν υποτυπωδώς, μέσα στην επόμενη πενταετία εκτιμάται ότι θα αποτελέσουν έναν ισχυρό πόλο τουριστικής ανάπτυξης της ευρύτερης περιοχής με αντανάκλαση σε όλη τη Λέσβο. Για πρώτη φορά οι θερμές πηγές του Πολιχνίτου, θα εισέλθουν στο χάρτη του θερμαλισμού, έχοντας πίσω τους εταιρείες που ειδικεύονται στον τουρισμό υγείας και ευεξίας, οι οποίες και θα αναλάβουν την τουριστική σύνδεση του Πολιχνίτου με την Ελλάδα, την Ευρώπη και την Ασία, τονίζεται σε σχετική ανακοίνωση.    πηγή amna.gr
