Στη φυλακή οι τέσσερις από τους πέντε για την υπόθεση της 12χρονης από τον Κολωνό

Στην φυλακή οδηγούνται οι τέσσερις, από τους πέντε, άντρες που απολογήθηκαν για την υπόθεση της σεξουαλικής βίας και εκμετάλλευσης για την υπόθεση της 12χρονης από τον Κολωνό, μεταξύ των οποίων και ο 65χρονος δερματολόγος

Για τον πέμπτο κατηγορούμενο Ανακρίτρια και Εισαγγελέας αποφάσισαν να αφεθεί ελεύθερος με την επιβολή όρων. Πρόκειται για 23χρονο πακιστανικής καταγωγής στον οποίο επιβλήθηκε ο περιοριστικός όρος της υποχρεωτικής εμφάνισης τρεις φορές το μήνα σε Αστυνομικό τμήμα, ενώ του επιβλήθηκε και χρηματική εγγύηση 5 χιλιάδων ευρώ.

Όλοι οι κατηγορούμενοι αρνήθηκαν την κατηγορία της γενετήσιας πράξης ανήλικη έναντι αμοιβής που τους αποδίδεται.

Ο 23χρονος που αφέθηκε ελεύθερος, σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες τόνισε ότι δεν είχε καμία επαφή με την ανήλικη, η οποία φέρεται να τον αναγνώρισε μέσω φωτογραφίας την οποία είχε βγάλει προ τριετίας. Επιπλέον, υποστήριξε ότι το κορίτσι περιέγραψε στους αστυνομικούς άλλο χρώμα μηχανής από αυτό που έχει ο κατηγορούμενος.

Με τις σημερινές αποφάσεις προσωρινής κράτησης , οι κατηγορούμενοι που έχουν προφυλακιστεί για την υπόθεση είναι 12 , μεταξύ των οποίων και η μητέρα του κοριτσιού.
