Στο 63,7% η μέση πληρότητα για τα ξενοδοχεία της Αθήνας στο τετράμηνο του 2023

Στο 63,7% καταγράφεται η μέση πληρότητα για τα ξενοδοχεία της Αθήνας στο τετράμηνο, όπως τονίζεται σε σχετική ανακοίνωση της Ένωσης Ξενοδόχων Αθηνών Αττικής και Αργοσαρωνικού. Μάλιστα η αύξηση 17,2% σημειώθηκε στην μέση τιμή δωματίου και 10,3% στο έσοδο ανά διαθέσιμο δωμάτιο.

Συγκεκριμένα, ο Απρίλιος για τα ξενοδοχεία της Αθήνας έκλεισε με μέση πληρότητα 75,7%. Η μέση πληρότητα βελτιώθηκε κατά 5% έναντι του Μαρτίου 2023 που προηγήθηκε, αλλά και κατά 16,6% έναντι του περσινού Απριλίου (2022).

Ωστόσο, σε επίπεδο τετραμήνου, η μέση πληρότητα στα ξενοδοχεία της πόλης δεν ξεπέρασε το 63,7% και απέχει κατά (-)5,9% από τις επιδόσεις του αντίστοιχου τετράμηνου του 2019, έτος κανονικότητας προ πανδημίας, σημειώνουν οι ξενοδόχοι της Αθήνας.
