Συγκροτήθηκε ειδική επιτροπή για την σιδηροδρομική τραγωδία των Τεμπών από τον υπουργό Επικρατείας Γ. Γεραπετρίτη

Τη σύσταση Ειδικής Επιτροπής για τη διερεύνηση και ανάδειξη των συστημικών προβλημάτων και δυσλειτουργιών που οδήγησαν στη σιδηροδρομική τραγωδία των Τεμπών ανακοίνωσε ο Υπουργός Επικρατείας, Γιώργος Γεραπετρίτης κατόπιν εντολής του Πρωθυπουργού.

Η Επιτροπή είναι τριμελής και συμμετέχουν οι:

- Ιωάννης - Κωνσταντίνος Χαλκιάς, Επίτιμος Πρόεδρος του Νομικού Συμβουλίου του Κράτους, ως Πρόεδρος.

- Αθανάσιος Ζηλιασκόπουλος, Καθηγητής Μεταφορών και Παραγωγής στο Τμήμα Μηχανολόγων Μηχανικών του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας, ως μέλος.

- Βασίλειος Προφυλλίδης, Καθηγητής της Συγκοινωνιακής Τεχνικής στο Δημοκρίτειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θράκης, ως μέλος.

Η Επιτροπή θα επιτελέσει το έργο της στο συντομότερο δυνατό χρόνο και θα καλέσει τεχνικό προσωπικό, εμπειρογνώμονες ή όποιο άλλο πρόσωπο κρίνει απαραίτητο, προκειμένου να τη συνδράμουν.
