Σ. Ζαχαράκη: 2.500 ραντεβού στις ημέρες καριέρας του υπουργείου Τουρισμού

Στις δράσεις του υπουργείου Τουρισμού στο μέτωπο της τουριστικής εκπαίδευσης ανέδειξε η υφυπουργός Τουρισμού Σοφία Ζαχαράκη από το βήμα της εκδήλωσης της ΕΕΝΕ. Αφού σημείωσε ότι στις ημέρες καριέρας που διοργάνωσε το υπουργείο Τουρισμού έγιναν 2.500 ραντεβού, στάθηκε στο έργο που επιτελούν οι σχολές τουρισμού του υπουργείου Τουρισμού.

Όπως είπε, υπάρχει σημαντική ζήτηση στις περιφερειακές σχολές τουρισμού στο Άργος, στην Αλεξανδρούπολη, στο Γαλαξίδι, στο Ηράκλειο Κρήτης αλλά και στην Ανάβυσσο, την ναυαρχίδα των σχολών του ελληνικού τουρισμού. Είναι χαρακτηριστικό ότι μόλις το 20% των υποψήφιων επισκεπτών μένει εκτός σχολών και αυτό, γιατί υπάρχουν συγκεκριμένοι χώροι, όπως είπε η κυρία Ζαχαράκη.

Σε ό,τι αφορά το μέτωπο της αναβάθμισης των τουριστικών σπουδών η υφυπουργός Τουρισμού, ανάφερε ότι το 2023 θα τρέξει επιδοτούμενο πρόγραμμα ύψους 46 εκατ. ευρώ για κάθε ενδιαφερόμενο. Το εν λόγω πρόγραμμα θα είναι σε ψηφιακή μορφή προκειμένου να αφορά ενδιαφερόμενους από όλη την Ελλάδα.

Κάθε χρόνο 2.500 σπουδαστές φοιτούν στις σχολές του υπουργείου Τουρισμού και σε αυτό έχει συμβάλλει το γεγονός ότι κάθε χρόνο οι σχολές μπαίνουν στο μηχανογραφικό του υπουργείου Παιδείας. Τέλος η κυρία Ζαχαράκη ανέφερε ότι γίνεται και προσπάθεια να υπάρξει στην Ελλάδα τουριστική ακαδημία πάντα σε συνεννόηση με την ΕΕ.
