Παρελθόν από τους Γουλβς αποτελεί από σήμερα (31/5) ο Ρομέν Σαΐς, ο οποίος αποχωρεί από το Γουλβερχάμπτον μετά από έξι σεζόν και 206 συμμετοχές.

Ο Μαροκινός μετακόμισε στην Αγγλία για λογαριασμό των Γουλβς το καλοκαίρι του 2016, από την Ανζέ έναντι 4 εκατ. ευρώ, ενώ στην πορεία εξελίχθηκε σε έναν από τους σημαντικότερους ποδοσφαιριστές της ομάδας του. Ωστόσο, οι «λύκοι» δε ν ήταν διατεθειμένοι να καλύψουν τις οικονομικές απαιτήσεις του Σαΐς, με τις διαπραγματεύσεις για ανανέωση της συνεργασίας τους να καταλήγουν σε «ναυάγιο».

 

«Η στιγμή που φοβόμουν περισσότερο έφτασε... Ήρθε η ώρα να πω αντίο μετά από έξι υπέροχα χρόνια. Ήταν τιμή μου που φόρεσα τη φανέλα της ομάδας και βοήθησα στην επιτυχία και την εξέλιξη του συλλόγου.
