Χ. Θεοχάρης: Δεν αυξάνονται οι φορολογικοί συντελεστές - Δεν θα υπάρξει κανένας αιφνιδιασμός

Τι ισχύει σχετικά με τα επιδόματα των ελεύθερων επαγγελματιών, καθώς και με τους συντελεστές φορολόγησης ξεκαθάρισε ο Υφυπουργός Εθνικής Οικονομίας και Οικονομικών, κ. Χάρης Θεοχάρης, με παρέμβασή του στο ρ/σ Real FM και τον δημοσιογράφο Νίκο Χατζηνικολάου.

Ο κ. Θεοχάρης τόνισε χαρακτηριστικά ότι «δεν τίθεται κανένα ζήτημα αλλαγής στο καθεστώς των κοινωνικών επιδομάτων ή των κριτηρίων βάσει των οποίων αυτά αποδίδονται στους ελεύθερους επαγγελματίες».

Επιπλέον, επισήμανε ότι «η κυβέρνηση έχει εξ αρχής τονίσει ότι δεν υπάρχει καμία περίπτωση αιφνιδιασμού των ελεύθερων επαγγελματιών ή, γενικότερα, οποιασδήποτε μερίδας των πολιτών. Ποτέ ως τώρα δεν έχουμε εισάγει -και δεν πρόκειται ποτέ να το κάνουμε- μέτρα χωρίς την κοινωνική συναίνεση, μέτρα τα οποία προηγουμένως δεν έχουν υποβληθεί στη διαδικασία της διαβούλευσης.

Ως κυβέρνηση έχουμε ήδη πάρει σημαντικές πρωτοβουλίες (επέκταση των ψηφιακών συναλλαγών, τροποποιήσεις στη φορολογία, εντατικοποίηση ελέγχων κ.λπ.) για την αντιμετώπιση της φοροδιαφυγής».

Στο πλαίσιο της ίδιας παρέμβασης, ο κ. Χάρης Θεοχάρης διευκρίνισε ότι δεν εξετάζεται το ενδεχόμενο αύξησης των φορολογικών συντελεστών.
