Κ. Χατζηδάκης: Θα δώσουμε κίνητρα για να ανοίξουν τα κλειστά διαμερίσματα

Την θέσπιση κινήτρων για το άνοιγμα κλειστών σπιτιών επιβεβαιώνει σε συνέντευξή του στην Καθημερινή της Κυριακής ο υπουργός Εθνικής Οικονομίας και Οικονομικών, Κωστής Χατζηδάκης. Απέφυγε, όμως, να δώσει περισσότερες λεπτομέρειες για το αν αυτά τα κίνητρα θα είναι φορολογικά. Όπως χαρακτηριστικά σημειώνει, «θέλουμε να δώσουμε κίνητρα στους ιδιοκτήτες, ώστε να αυξηθεί η προσφορά, ιδιαίτερα μικρών και μεσαίων διαμερισμάτων, για να καλύψουμε τις ανάγκες των κοινωνικών στρωμάτων που αντιμετωπίζουν μεγαλύτερη πίεση».
