Επικοινωνία Κυρ. Μητσοτάκη με τον πρόεδρο της Λιθουανίας για τις εξελίξεις στην Ουκρανία

Τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με τον Πρόεδρο της Δημοκρατίας της Λιθουανίας, Gitanas Nausėda, είχε σήμερα ο πρωθυπουργός Κυριάκος Μητσοτάκης, με τον οποίο συζήτησαν τις εξελίξεις στην Ουκρανία.

 

Η τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία έγινε κατόπιν πρωτοβουλίας της λιθουανικής πλευράς.

 

Οι δυο ηγέτες συζήτησαν εκτενώς τα όσα συμβαίνουν στην Ουκρανία, ενόψει και της συνεδρίασης του άτυπου Ευρωπαϊκού Συμβουλίου στις 10 και 11 Μαρτίου, ενώ αντήλλαξαν απόψεις αναφορικά με τα μέτρα που έχει λάβει συλλογικά η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση για τη στήριξη της Ουκρανίας και την αντιμετώπιση της ρωσικής επιθετικότητας.

 

Σύμφωνα με κυβερνητικά στελέχη οι δυο ηγέτες συμφώνησαν στην ανάγκη συνέχισης του συντονισμού των κρατών-μελών για το ζήτημα.
