Αρχή για Ξέπλυμα Μαύρου Χρήματος: Ξεκινά έρευνα για τις συμβάσεις ΟΣΕ, ΤΡΑΙΝΟΣΕ - ΕΡΓΟΣΕ και Hellenic Train

Ο επικεφαλής της Αρχής για το Ξέπλυμα Μαύρου Χρήματος πρώην αντεισαγγελέας του Αρείου Πάγου Χαράλαμπος Βουρλιώτης ελέγχει την περιουσιακή κατάσταση όσων εμπλέκονται σε συμβάσεις έργων και προμηθειών της τελευταίας 15ετίας για το σιδηροδρομικό δίκτυο ανά τη Ελλάδα.

Αναλυτικότερα, θα ελεγχθούν διεξοδικά όσοι κατείχαν θέση ευθύνης στον ΟΣΕ, ΤΡΑΙΝΟΣΕ - ΕΡΓΟΣΕ και Hellenic Train και ήταν συμβαλλόμενοι στις επίμαχες συμβάσεις, όπως και οι εργολάβοι που ανέλαβαν την εκτέλεση των έργων, προμηθειών, κ.λπ.

Αν διαπιστωθεί από το άνοιγμα των τραπεζικών λογαριασμών, ακίνητη περιουσία κ.λπ., η οποία δεν δικαιολογείται από τα δηλωθέντα εισοδήματα τους, τότε θα διερευνηθεί περαιτέρω για το εάν εμπλέκονται σε δωροδοκίες και άλλα ποινικά κολάσιμα αδικήματα.
