«Πάρτι» της Λειψίας στο δεύτερο ημίχρονο

Εύκολο έργο είχε η Λειψία στο πρώτο της εντός έδρας παιχνίδι, ανατρέποντας το εις βάρος τους 0-1 και παίρνοντας την νίκη με 5-1 εναντίον της Στουτγκάρδης.

Οι «ταύροι» ήταν αυτοί που ξεκίνησαν καλύτερα το παιχνίδι, αλλά η Στουτγκάρδη κατάφερε να τους σοκάρει, προηγούμενη στο 35' χάρι στο όμορφο πλασέ του Γκιρασί.

Οι γηπεδούχοι, όμως, δεν αποθαρρύνθηκαν και έβγαλαν αντίδραση στο δεύτερο μέρος. Στο 51', ο Χένριχς ισοφάρισε με ένα γκολ από δύσκολη γωνία, στο 63' ο Όλμο ολοκλήρωσε την ανατροπή και τρία λεπτά αργότερα ο Οπεντά διπλασίασε το προβάδισμα των «ταύρων». 

Από 'κει και πέρα οι φιλοξενούμενοι κατέρρευσαν και η Λειψία πρόσθεσε αλλά δύο γκολ. Στο 74', ο Καμπλ ανέβασε τον δείκτη του σκορ 4-1 και μόλις δύο λεπτά μετά ο Τσάβι Σίμονς έγραψε το τελικό 5-1 για να σφραγίσει την θριαμβευτική νίκη των γηπεδούχων.
