Άρειος Πάγος: Πειθαρχική έρευνα για την απόφαση να αφεθεί ελεύθερος ο Απ. Λύτρας

Η πρόεδρος του Αρείου Πάγου Ιωάννα Κλάπα και η εισαγγελέας του Ανωτάτου Ποινικού Δικαστηρίου Γεωργία Αδειλίνη, παρενέβησαν άμεσα στην υπόθεση του δικηγόρου Απόστολου Λύτρα, ο οποίος αφέθηκε ελεύθερος μετά την απολογία του, με περιοριστικούς όρους. Ο Δ. Βερβεσός άσκησε απευθείας αυτεπάγγελτη πειθαρχική δίωξη σε βάρος του Απ. Λύτρα

 

Αναλυτικότερα, η κ. Κλάπα και η κ. Αδειλίνη διέταξαν κατεπείγουσα προκαταρκτική πειθαρχική έρευνα για τις ενδεχόμενες ευθύνες δικαστικού και εισαγγελικού λειτουργού, αναφορικά με τις ενέργειές τους στο στάδιο της προδικασίας στην υπόθεση του δικηγόρου, ο οποίος είναι κατηγορούμενος για ενδοοικογενειακή βία.

 

Όπως είναι γνωστό, ο Απόστολος Λύτρας αφέθηκε ελεύθερος μετά την απολογία του για τον ξυλοδαρμό της γυναίκας του, ενώ η πράξη για την οποία κατηγορείται είναι σε βαθμό κακουργήματος.

 

Η πρόεδρος και η εισαγγελέας ζητούν να ερευνηθεί εάν υπάρχουν πειθαρχικές ευθύνες σε βάρος της ανακρίτριας και της εισαγγελέως που αποφάσισαν να αφεθεί ελεύθερος ο ποινικολόγος με περιοριστικούς όρους, παρά τον κακουργηματικό χαρακτήρα του αδικήματος που του αποδόθηκε και την ιδιαίτερη βαρύτητα της πράξης, που καθ΄ ομολογία τέλεσε.
