Πρόκριση για τη Δώρα Γκουντούρα στους «16» της Ξιφασκίας

 

Η Δώρα Γκουντούρα προκρίθηκε στη φάση των «16» στην ξιφασκία, στη σπάθη γυναικών, στο πλαίσιο των Ολυμπιακών Αγώνων 2024.

H 27χρονη αθλήτρια επικράτησε με 15-3 της Καναδής Πάμελα Μπριντ’ Αμούρ και πέρασε με θριαμβευτικό τρόπο στην επόμενη φάση.

 

Η Δώρα Γκουντούρα ξεκίνησε εντυπωσιακά τον αγώνα απέναντι στην Καναδή, καθώς προηγούνταν με 8-0 στο πρώτο σκέλος του αγώνα. Στο δεύτερο σκέλος η Ελληνίδα πρωταθλήτρια συνέχισε στο ίδιο τέμπο, με αποτέλεσμα να πάρει μια εύκολη πρόκριση στην επόμενη φάση.

 

Ο επόμενος αγώνας της Γκουντούρα είναι προγραμματισμένος για τις 15:30, με αντίπαλο τη Γαλλίδα Μπερντέρ.Η Γκουντούρα είναι το Νο 6 στο Ολυμπιακό ταμπλό της ξιφασκίας, ενώ η Μπερντέρ το Νο 11.
