Ρωσία: Πυρκαγιά σε λιμάνι μετά από ουκρανική επίθεση - Βυθίστηκε το οχηματαγωγό που μετέφερε δεξαμενές καυσίμων

Πυρκαγιά ξέσπασε σήμερα στο ρωσικό λιμάνι Καφκάζ στην νότια περιοχή του Κρασνοντάρ μετά από μια ουκρανική επίθεση σε οχηματαγωγό που ήταν φορτωμένο με δεξαμενές καυσίμων, ανακοίνωσαν οι τοπικές αρχές.

 

Το οχηματαγωγό το οποίο μετέφερε 30 δεξαμενές καυσίμων, όπως επιβεβαίωσε ο επικεφαλής της περιοχής Τεμριούκ Φιόντορ Μπαμπενκόφ, υπέστη σημαντικές ζημιές και τελικά βυθίστηκε.

 

Οι οποιεσδήποτε πιθανές απώλειες αξιολογούνται επί του παρόντος. Η Ουκρανία δεν σχολίασε άμεσα το περιστατικό.

 

Μια τοπική ομάδα ταχείας επέμβασης ανέφερε ότι ένα ειδικό τρένο για την κατάσβεση της πυρκαγιάς είχε σταλεί στο σημείο. Περισσότεροι από 100 άνθρωποι συμμετείχαν στην κατάσβεση της πυρκαγιάς.

 

Αρκετά ρωσικά μέσα ενημέρωσης δημοσίευσαν φωτογραφίες και βίντεο που φαίνεται να απεικονίζουν την πυρκαγιά και πυκνό μαύρο καπνό που υψώνεται από το λιμάνι. Το Reuters δεν μπόρεσε να επαληθεύσει άμεσα τα βίντεο.

 

Το λιμάνι Καφκάζ είναι ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα λιμάνια της Ρωσίας στη Μαύρη Θάλασσα. Μέσω του λιμανιού διακινούνται πλοία που χρησιμοποιούνται τόσο για εξαγωγές όσο και για προμήθειες καυσίμων στην Κριμαία.
