Αλεξανδρούπολη: Προφυλακιστέος με την κατηγορία της κατασκοπείας σε βαθμό κακουργήματος κρίθηκε ο 59χρονος για φωτογράφιση στρατιωτικού υλικού

Προφυλακιστέος, με τη σύμφωνη γνώμη της ανακρίτριας και της εισαγγελέως κρίθηκε -σύμφωνα με τους συνηγόρους υπεράσπισης- μετά τη σημερινή απολογία του ο συλληφθείς την 29η Απριλίου στην Αλεξανδρούπολη για φωτογράφιση και βιντεοσκόπηση στρατιωτικού υλικού, τον οποίο βαρύνει η κατηγορία της κατασκοπείας σε καιρό ειρήνης, σε βαθμό κακουργήματος.

 

Σύμφωνα με τους δικηγόρους του, ο κατηγορούμενος κατά την απολογία του ισχυρίστηκε μεταξύ άλλων ότι:- «Δεν κατείχε, ούτε απέστειλε απόρρητες κρατικές πληροφορίες«, «οι φωτογραφίες που απεικονίζουν τη μεταφορά Νατοϊκού υλικού έχουν δημοσιευθεί επανειλημμένα στα ΜΜΕ» και πως «δεν υπήρχε περίπτωση κινδύνου για την Ελλάδα ή κάποια συμμαχική χώρα καθώς οι φωτογραφίες ήταν ερασιτεχνικές λήψεις και υπάρχουν εκατοντάδες λήψεις στα ΜΜΕ,σε ρεπορτάζ και στο διαδίκτυο».

 

Σύμφωνα με τους συνηγόρους του 59χρονος «δεν ομολόγησε την πράξη για την οποία κατηγορείται» και «συνεργάστηκε από την πρώτη στιγμή με τις Αστυνομικές Αρχές».
