Ο Τραμπ ευχαρίστησε το Ιράν επειδή ενημέρωσε για την πυραυλική επίθεση στο Κατάρ

Το Ιράν «απάντησε επισήμως» στην εξάλειψη των πυρηνικών εγκαταστάσεών του με μια πολύ «αδύναμη απάντηση», δήλωσε ο πρόεδρος των ΗΠΑ Ντόναλντ Τραμπ, ευχαριστώντας ταυτόχρονα την Τεχεράνη επειδή προειδοποίησε την Ουάσινγκτον για τα επικείμενα πλήγματα.

 

Σύμφωνα με τον Τραμπ, εκτοξεύτηκαν 14 πύραυλοι, εκ των οποίων οι 13 καταρρίφθηκαν και ένας «αφέθηκε» επειδή κατευθυνόταν σε περιοχή όπου δεν απειλούσε τίποτα.

 

Ο Αμερικανός πρόεδρος ανέφερε στην ανάρτησή του στον ιστότοπο Truth Social ότι δεν υπήρξε κανένα θύμα, ούτε Αμερικανοί ούτε Καταριανοί και δεν σημειώθηκε σχεδόν καμία ζημιά.

 

«Θέλω να ευχαριστήσω το Ιράν επειδή μας ενημέρωσε εγκαίρως» και έτσι δεν χάθηκε καμία ζωή και κανείς δεν τραυματίστηκε, υπογράμμισε.

 

«Ελπίζω ότι δεν θα υπάρξει περαιτέρω μίσος», πρόσθεσε, σημειώνοντας ότι «ίσως τώρα το Ιράν μπορεί να προχωρήσει με ειρήνη και αρμονία στην περιοχή».

 

«Θα ενθαρρύνω με ενθουσιασμό το Ισραήλ να πράξει το ίδιο», τόνισε.

 

Ο Τραμπ ευχαρίστησε επίσης τον εμίρη του Κατάρ «για όλα όσα έκανε» για την επίτευξη ειρήνης στην περιοχή.
