Ρωσία: Σεισμός 7,8 βαθμών στη χερσόνησο Καμτσάτκα

Σεισμική δόνηση μεγέθους 7,8 βαθμών σημειώθηκε σήμερα στη χερσόνησο Καμτσάτκα, στη ρωσική Άπω Ανατολή, σύμφωνα με το Ευρωμεσογειακό Σεισμολογικό Κέντρο (EMSC) και το αμερικανικό ινστιτούτο γεωλογικών μελετών (USGS).

 

Το επίκεντρο εντοπίζεται στα ανοικτά της ανατολικής ακτής και το εστιακό βάθος υπολογίζεται σε περίπου 10 χιλιόμετρα.

 

Έχει εκδοθεί προειδοποίηση για τον κίνδυνο πρόκλησης τσουνάμι.
