Oι αντίπαλοι Τσιτσιπά, Σάκκαρη στη Μαδρίτη

Η Μαρία Σάκκαρη ανέβηκε ένα σκαλοπάτι αυτή την εβδομάδα και βρίσκεται στην 37η θέση της παγκόσμιας κατάταξης του τένις, την οποία ανακοίνωσε σήμερα η WTA. Επόμενος αγώνας για την 30χρονη πρωταθλήτρια θα είναι το Madrid Open, στην ισπανική πρωτεύουσα (20/4-3/5) και στον 1ο γύρο θα παίξει κόντρα στην Τζάνις Τζεν από την Ινδονησία, Νο 39 στον κόσμο.

 

    Σε περίπτωση που η Σάκκαρη ξεπεράσει το εμπόδιο της Τζεν, στη συνέχεια θα παίξει στο β' γύρο του τουρνουά με την Λιουμντίλα Σαμσόνοβα, Νο 20 στην παγκόσμια κατάταξη. Στο μεταξύ Στέφανος Τσιτσιπάς θα παίξει με παίκτη που θα προκύψει από τα προκριματικά. Αν περάσει στον δεύτερο γύρο της διοργάνωσης, τότε θα αναμετρηθεί με τον Αλεξάντερ Μπούμπλικ, Νο 8 του ταμπλό, ενώ ο πιθανότερος αντίπαλος στον τρίτο γύρο είναι ο Αλεχάντρο Νταβίντοβιτς Φοκίνα.
