ΟΠΕΚΕΠΕ: Ελεύθεροι με όρους οι γονείς του φερόμενου αρχηγού της εγκληματικής οργάνωσης στην Κοζάνη

Την Δευτέρα θα βρεθούν ενώπιον του Ευρωπαίου Ανακριτή οι 12 από τους 14 κατηγορούμενους στην υπόθεση της φερόμενης δράσης εγκληματικής οργάνωσης, που εισέπραττε παράνομες επιδοτήσεις από τον ΟΠΕΚΕΠΕ στην Κοζάνη.

 

Δύο κατηγορούμενοι, γονείς του, κατά την δικογραφία, αρχηγού εγκληματικής οργάνωσης, ζήτησαν λόγω ηλικίας να δώσουν σήμερα εξηγήσεις για όσα τους αποδίδονται. Οι κατηγορούμενοι απολογήθηκαν νωρίς το βράδυ σήμερα στον δικαστικό λειτουργό και μετά τις απολογίες τους, με την σύμφωνη γνώμη Ανακριτή και Εισαγγελέα, αφέθηκαν ελεύθεροι με περιοριστικούς όρους.

 

Στο ηλικιωμένο ζευγάρι επιβλήθηκε απαγόρευση εξόδου από την χώρα και ορίστηκε καταβολή χρηματικής εγγύησης 10 χιλιάδων ευρώ στον καθένα.

 

Νωρίς το απόγευμα οι Ευρωπαίοι Εισαγγελείς άσκησαν σε βάρος των 14, ποινική δίωξη για αδικήματα σε βαθμό κακουργήματος σχετικά με πενταετή οργανωμένη δράση ομάδας που φέρεται μέσω ψευδών δηλώσεων στον ΟΠΕΚΕΠΕ να προκάλεσε ζημία που υπολογίζεται στα 2,5 εκατομμύρια ευρώ.
