ΗΠΑ: Ο πρόεδρος Τραμπ λέει ότι θα συζητήσει το θέμα της Ουκρανίας στη σύνοδο κορυφής του ΝΑΤΟ

Ο πρόεδρος των ΗΠΑ Ντόναλντ Τραμπ υποστήριξε σήμερα ότι μια λύση για τον πόλεμο στην Ουκρανία «είναι πιο κοντά απ’ όσο νομίζει ο κόσμος» και ότι θα συζητήσει το θέμα αυτό στις συνομιλίες που θα έχει αυτήν την εβδομάδα στη σύνοδο κορυφής του ΝΑΤΟ στην Τουρκία.

 

«Συνομιλούμε, θα δούμε αν μπορούμε να τελειώσουμε» τον πόλεμο», είπε ο Αμερικανός πρόεδρος μιλώντας σε δημοσιογράφους στο Οβάλ Γραφείο, διαβεβαιώνοντας ότι ο Ρώσος ομόλογός του Βλαντίμιρ Πούτιν «αισθάνεται πίεση».

 

Για το Ιράν, ο Τραμπ επανέλαβε ότι οι ΗΠΑ δεν επιδιώκουν την αλλαγή του καθεστώτος στη χώρα αυτήν και προειδοποίησε ότι η Τεχεράνη «θα ήταν προτιμότερο να κάνει μια συμφωνία». Οι ΗΠΑ, είτε θα κάνουν συμφωνία με το Ιράν, είτε «θα τελειώσουν τη δουλειά», πρόσθεσε.
