Ιράν: Νέο κύμα αμερικανικών επιθέσεων

Αμερικανικές ένοπλες δυνάμεις εξαπέλυσαν απόψε νέες επιθέσεις εναντίον του Ιράν, όπως ανακοίνωσε το διοικητήριο που είναι αρμόδιο για την περιοχή της Μέσης Ανατολής (U.S. Central Command ή CENTCOM).

 

Σε ενημέρωση της CENTCOM μέσω Χ αναφέρεται ότι «στις 3:00 μ.μ. (ώρα Ανατολικής Ακτής στις ΗΠΑ, 22:00 στην Ελλάδα), δυνάμεις της Κεντρικής Διοίκησης άρχισαν να εξαπολύουν νέο γύρο επιθέσεων εναντίον του Ιράν, προκειμένου να συνεχίσουν να υποβαθμίζουν τις δυνατότητες του Ιράν να επιτίθεται σε εμπορικά πλοία στα Στενά του Ορμούζ. Τα πλήγματα εξαπολύονται καθώς οι αμερικανικές δυνάμεις προετοιμάζονται να επαναλάβουν τον ναυτικό αποκλεισμό ιρανικών λιμανιών και παράκτιων περιοχών. Ο αποκλεισμός τίθεται σε ισχύ στις 4 μ.μ. (ώρα Ανατολικής Ακτής στις ΗΠΑ, 23:00 στην Ελλάδα)».
