Αρκέστηκε στην όγδοη θέση ο Χρήστου

Δεν τα κατάφερε ο Απόστολος Χρήστου στον μεγάλο τελικό των 100 μέτρων ύπτιο του Παγκόσμιο υ Πρωταθλήματος Υγρού Στίβου της Σιγκαπούρης, τερματίζοντας τελικά στην όγδοη θέση,Ο Πρωταθλητής κολύμβησης του Ολυμπιακού, που είχε δείξει θετικά δείγματα στους προκριματικούς και τον ημιτελικό, δεν μπόρεσε να επαναλάβει ανάλογη εμφάνιση στον μεγάλο τελικό, μένοντας μακριά από τις δυνατότητές του.

 

Παρά το αποτέλεσμα, η παρουσία του σε έναν ακόμη τελικό Παγκοσμίου Πρωταθλήματος επιβεβαιώνει τη σταθερή του πορεία στην ελίτ της παγκόσμιας κολύμβησης. Και φυσικά έχει μπροστά του ακόμη το 50άρι.
