Βαριές κατηγορίες για τρομοκρατική οργάνωση στους 10 συλληφθέντες για την "Σύμπραξη Εκδίκησης"

Έξι βαριές κατηγορίες σε βαθμό κακουργήματος και πέντε πλημμεληματικού βαθμού, που αφορούν δράση τρομοκρατικής οργάνωσης, αποδίδει η Εισαγγελία σε βάρος των 10 συλληφθέντων για την οργάνωση «Σύμπραξη Εκδίκησης».

 

Σε βάρος των 10 κατηγορουμένων, εκ των οποίων οι τέσσερις είναι κρατούμενοι φυλακών, ασκήθηκε ποινική δίωξη που κατά περίπτωση αφορά τα αδικήματα κακουργηματικού βαθμού της:

 

*Διεύθυνσης , ένταξης και συγκρότησης εγκληματικής οργάνωσης

 

* Τρομοκρατικής πράξης απόπειρας ανθρωποκτονίας

 

* Τρομοκρατικής πράξης έκρηξης κατ΄εξακολούθηση τετελεσμένης και σε απόπειρα

 

* Τρομοκρατικής πράξης κατασκευής, κατοχής και προμήθειας εκρηκτικών

 

* Τρομοκρατικής πράξης διακεκριμένης οπλοκατοχής και

 

* Τρομοκρατικής πράξης διακεκριμένης φθοράς.

 

Επίσης η δίωξη αφορά και τα πλημμελήματα της υποστήριξης τρομοκρατικής οργάνωσης, υποκίνησης σε τέλεση τρομοκρατικής πράξης, παράνομης βίας κατά δικαστικών λειτουργών, παράνομης οπλοκατοχής κυνηγετικού όπλου και παράνομης κατοχής ναρκωτικών ουσιών προς ίδιαν χρήση.

 

Οι κατηγορούμενοι παραπέμφθηκαν σε ανακριτή από τον οποίο ζήτησαν και έλαβαν προθεσμία για να απολογηθούν την Κυριακή 3 Μαρτίου.
